Sunday, Sep 21, Worship and cleanup at Rotary Park at 5 pm.

Monday, Sep 22, Cooking and Serving Ennis HS Staff - Cook at 9 am and serve at noon

  Tuesday, Sep 23, Backpack stuffing at church in support of Cara Caters at 6 pm in FLC 

Wednesday, Sep 24, Saw You at the Pole Rallies in Palmer and Ennis, 5-8 pm

Thursday, Sep 25, Backpack stuffing at church in support of Cara Caters at 6 pm in FLC

Friday, Sep 26, Maintenance work in support of Ennis CARES  

Saturday, Sep 27, Cleanup at Runnin’ Free Ranch, 9-11 am

Worship and Cleanup at Rotary Park  - Churchwide event

  Love Your Neighbor Outreach and Thrift Store - Love your Neighbor is a Christian-based organization meetings needs all over Ellis County  - 410 W. Madison St, Waxahachie TX (NEW LOCATION!)  Engage Week Opportunity:  - Work in thrift store  - Wednesday through Saturday  - Two Shifts  o 9:30am – 1pm  o 1pm – 4pm  - Unpacking, organizing, stocking merchandise, etc.  - 4 people max per shift  Contact: Cheri Hatheway, 480-600-3543 

  Meals for Waxahachie Fire Station  - Food for 8 firemen on September 22.   Lois Robinette is project manager, 214-415-5676

 Meals for Shut-Ins - Preparing and delivering meals for shut-ins in our community.  Melinda Shaw is project manager.

  Palmer “Saw You at the Pole” Evangelism Event  - Jordan Gradberg, 469-658-1448  - 10-15 people needed to help set up and tear down. Of those people, 5-8 of them will need to be able to provide gospel counseling 

  Ennis “Saw You at the Pole” Evangelism Event  - Cason Key, 205-381-6483  - 10-15 people needed to help set up and tear down. Of those people, 5-8 of them will need to be able to provide gospel counseling. In addition, we need volunteers for our Safety team, First Impressions, and Tech Team. 

  EISD Mentors Care  - Melanie Trojacek, 972-872-3682, melanie.trojacek@mentors.care  - 1hr per week commitment for entire school year  - Mentor EISD students  - Training provided and required 

  Runnin’ Free Ranch  - Equine Assisted Activities and counseling for veterans, at-risk youth, and those with special needs.   - 1403 Old Bardwell Rd, Ennis TX  - Contact Mike Mitchell, 214-733-4280  Engage Week Opportunity:  - Tree trimming, weed-eating, staining picnic tables, general yard work  - Bring pole saws and brush trimmers if you have them.  - Saturday, Sep 27, 9am – 11am 

  Backpacks for Cara Caters  - Cara Caters provides food to school-age children for meals for evenings and weekends to help with those who are food-challenged.  - Lexi Rendon = Operations Director, 945-542-1090   This project will be managed by church staff and will take place at the church on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 

  Ennis CARES Maintenance  - Ennis Cares is currently leasing a facility of a church in town  - The facility could use some updates/repairs   Terry Heil will project manage on Friday, Sept. 26
