Tabernacle’s Residency Program is for anyone who wants to grow as a disciple. Participants will serve in the church, gain first-hand ministry experience, acquire a missional mindset and participate in leadership coaching. The goal of the Residency is to discover, develop, and deploy missional leaders.
Our residency development system is through NAMB’s Multiplication Pipeline. The Multiplication Pipeline is designed to help local churches in the early stages of identifying and developing future leaders. The Multiplication Pipeline can help your church discover and develop missional leaders and church planting missionaries. Learn more at pipeline.namb.net
