Sunday, Sep 20, Worship and cleanup at Rotary Park at 5 pm.
Monday, Sep 21, Prepping food for feeding Lummus Staff/Saw You at the Pole Rally later in the week. Meet at the church at 10:30 am.
Tuesday, Sep 22, Cooking and Serving Lummus Staff - Cook at 10:00 am in Lummus Parking lot and serve from 11 am - 12:30 pm.
Tuesday, Sep 22, Backpack stuffing at church in support of Cara Caters at 6 pm in FLC.
Wednesday, Sep 23, Saw You at the Pole Rallies in Palmer and Ennis, 5-8 pm.
Thursday, Sep 24, Maintenance work and general clean up in support of Ennis Cares from 5-8 pm, located at 504 N Breckenridge.
Friday, Sep 26, Cook and feed breakfast burritos for firefighters in Ennis, student athletes in Palmer and Frog Club students in Ennis. Start at 6 am.
Saturday, Sep 27, Cleanup at Runnin’ Free Ranch, 9-11 am and work in support of city of Palmer.

Worship and Cleanup at Rotary Park - Churchwide event
Palmer “Saw You at the Pole” Evangelism Event - Jordan Gradberg, 469-658-1448 - 10-15 people needed to help set up and tear down. Of those people, 5-8 of them will need to be able to provide gospel counseling. Also need 5-10 to cook.
Ennis “Saw You at the Pole” Evangelism Event - Cason Key, 205-381-6483 - 10-15 people needed to help set up and tear down. Of those people, 5-8 of them will need to be able to provide gospel counseling. In addition, we need volunteers for our Safety team, First Impressions, and Tech Team.

Backpacks for Cara Caters - Cara Caters provides food to school-age children for meals for evenings and weekends to help with those who are food-challenged. - Lexi Rendon = Operations Director, 945-542-1090 - This project will be managed by church staff and will take place at the church on Tuesday Evening
Ennis CARES Maintenance/Clean Up - Ennis Cares is currently leasing a facility in town - The facility could use some general cleaning and help with moving supplies in. - Bob White will project manage on Thursday, September 24.
City of Palmer - Fence Removal - On Saturday, September 26, we will be dismantling the fence around the old City of Palmer softball field located at 371 West Jefferson Street in Palmer, TX. We will try to salvage as much as possible of the chain link fencing, including the attachment hardware. We’ll be pulling the fence posts and top rail from the ground. This will be a pretty significant-sized project and will require more than just a few volunteers. Meet at the softball field to begin work at 8:00 AM on Saturday. Bring work gloves and 1/2” and 9/16” wrenches to dismantle the fence. There is approximately 120 feet of fence.
